Privacy

Your exploration.
Your choice.

You can browse QuantList without an account. Guest progress stays in your browser; an account lets you save your own list across devices.

Guest progress

Favorites, explored companies and optional exploration dates are stored locally with company IDs. Search preferences also stay in this browser. My List lets you export and import a backup. Clearing this site’s storage removes local copies. Guest browsing is not automatically added to an account: you can choose to merge it in My List.

Your account

Supabase provides authentication and stores your account email, optional display name and account progress. Requests use HTTPS. Supabase manages passwords; QuantList does not save passwords in its own tables or browser storage. Session tokens are stored in this browser to keep you logged in. Log out on shared devices. Account progress and pending offline changes are kept in separate local storage for each account.

Your optional CV

A CV is not required to sign up. You can upload one PDF, up to 5 MB, in your profile. It is stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket, accessible to your authenticated account under the project’s access policies. Uploading another CV replaces the previous file. You can download or delete the current file. Your CV is not shared with employers or recruiters. An optional personalisation preference is stored separately; no automated CV analysis or recommendation engine is included at present.

Removal and retention

Account information and progress remain until deleted by the operator at your request. Your CV remains until you replace or delete it or request account deletion. For account deletion and questions, contact [email protected]. After deletion, clear this site’s browser storage and any downloaded backups on your devices. Hosting and database providers may retain operational backups under their own terms.

External services and shared links

Cloudflare Pages hosts the site. The browser loads the Supabase client from jsDelivr and connects to the QuantList Supabase project for account features. These providers can process ordinary connection information, including IP addresses. Company sites and Ko-fi open externally and apply their own privacy terms. Shared directory links contain search text, filters and sorting, but exclude personal marks and views. Avoid putting private information in directory searches.
